Valves Control for FHC

FireLock 717R Series and 717HR Series high pressure check valves are designed for increased hydrodynamic efficiency and are available in sizes of 2 – 3″ 717HR Series and 4 – 8″ mm 717R Series.

In the 717HR Series high-pressure check valve, the stainless steel disc sits against the o-ring seed, which is installed on the face coated with chemical nickel-plated. The 717R Series check valve includes an elastomer-coated disc and a welded nickel seat for superior corrosion resistance. Both valves have a disc design always driven by a spring that allows a leak-free seal with just 5 feet/1.5 m of water column. Both valves can be installed in the horizontal and vertical positions.

In both valve designs, the single disc mechanism incorporates a spring-loaded function for a non-oscillating closure. Each valve is tested in the factory at the rated working pressure. For systems that do not require optional retention in the main pipe. Both valve designs include upstream and downstream pressure intakes.

• The Victaulic main pipe retention kit of the 2″ S717HR valve includes a 3/4″ drain valve.
• The Victaulic main pipe retention kit of the 2 1/2 to 3″ S717HR S717HR valve includes a 1 1/4″ drain valve.
• The Victaulic main pipe retention kit for the 4 to 8″ S717R valve includes a 2″ drain valve.

All kits also include gauges, manometer isolation valves, pipe niples and pipe plugs. In both models, the main pipe retention kit must be specified in the order.
