Trim Air Maintenance Regulated Assembled Series 757

The FireLock air maintenance trim is designed to control system air pressurewhen using 756 Series dry valves, 758 Series motorized valves,NXT FireLock 768 dry valves, or 769 motorized devices in dry sprinkler applications.

Victaulic air mantation trim should be used with a reliable and continuous air source,such as a shop air or compressor with automatic tank-mounted pressure control switch. The high air rush pressure is reduced by the integral regulator in the recommended air maintenance trim assembly, based on water rush pressure.

Components

With the air maintenance set come the following components:

• High quality regulator that maintains the pressure of sprinkler pipes.
• Filter – A filter with a mesh of 100 prevents particles from entering the air maintenance system and sprinkler system.
• Reductor – A brass reducer in the maintenance loop ensures that air cannot enter the sprinkler system faster than it can get out of an open head.
• In-line anti-return valve loaded with spring – A bubble-proof anti-return ball valve ingies the air maintenance system from leaks in the air supply system.
• Quick Filling Line – To quickly reset the system air pressure after it has worked.
• A maximum of two systems per air maintenance trim is recommended.
• Pressure reducer type regulator.
