Definition of flammable liquids
- Have, at 50oC, a maximum vapour voltage of 300 kPa (3 bar) and are not completely gaseous at 20oC and the standard pressure of 101.3 kPa.
- Have a maximum flash point of 60oC.
The following shall also include:
- Flammable liquid materials and solid materials in the molten state whose flash point is greater than 60oC and which are delivered to transport or transported hot at a temperature equal to or greater than their flash point.
- Desensitized explosive materials, i.e. explosive materials prepared in solution or suspension in water or other liquids, so that they form a homogeneous liquid mixture free of explosive properties.
