Explosion Risk ADR Signal, Divisions 1.1, 1.2 and 1.3
Riesfo Explosion ADR signal, divisions 1.1, 1.2 and 1.3 is available in ADHESIVE PVC material and Aluminium 0.8 mm. It also has several sizes to choose from for this same product.
Belongs to Class 1: Explosive Materials and Objects.
Conventional sign (bomb exploding): black on orange background.
Division 1.1: Materials and objects that present a risk of mass explosion.
Division 1.2.: Materials and objects that present a risk of projection without risk of mass explosion.
Division 1.3.: Materials and objects that present a fire risk with a slight risk of shockwave or projection effects or both, but without the risk of mass explosion, the combustion of which results in considerable thermal radiation, or which then burn from each other with minimal expansion wave or projection effects or both.
Definition of material and object compatibility groups.
A: Primary explosive matter.
B: An object containing a primary explosive matter that has fewer than two effective safety devices. Certain objects, such as mine detonators (for blasting) blasting detonator sets and percussion baits are included, even if they do not contain primary explosives.
C: Explosive propellant matter or other deflagrant explosive matter or object containing such explosive matter.
D: Secondary explosive material detonating or black gunpowder or object containing a detonating secondary explosive material, in any case without charging or propellant load, or object containing a primary explosive matter and having at least two effective safety devices.
E: Object containing a detonating secondary explosive material, without baiting media, with propellant load (except loads containing flammable liquid or gel or hyperglic liquids).
F: Object containing a detonating secondary explosive material, with its own erley media, with a propellant load (except loads containing flammable liquid or gel or hyperglic liquids) or without propellant load.
G: Pyrotechnic material or object containing pyrotechnic matter or an object containing both an explosive matter and an illuminating, incendiary, tear or fumemic composition (except objects activated by water or containing white phosphorus, phosphorus, pyrophoric materials, flammable liquid or gel or hyperglic liquids).
H: Object containing an explosive matter and also white phosphorus.
J: Object containing an explosive material and also flammable liquid or gel.
K: Object containing an explosive material and also a toxic chemical agent.
L: Explosive material or object containing an explosive matter and presenting a particular risk (e.g. because of its hydroactivity or the presence of hyperglic fluids, phosphofuros or pyrophoric materials) and requiring isolation of each type.
N: Objects containing nothing but extremely in sensitive detonating materials.
S: Matter or object packed or designed in such a way that any hazardous effect due to accidental operation is confined to the inside of the packaging, unless it has been impaired by fire, in which case all the effects of shockwave or projection must be reduced enough not to hinder appreciably or prevent the fight against fire or the adoption of other emergency measures in the vicinity of the package.
