Definition of organic peroxides
Both organic peroxides and organic peroxide preparations are included and those that need thermal regulation as well as those that do not.
Organic peroxides are materials that contain the bivalent structure -0-0 – and can be considered as derivatives of hydrogen oil, in which one or two of the hydrogen atoms are replaced by organic radicals. They are subject to exothermic decomposition at normal or high temperatures, either by lime, contact with impurities, rubbing or shock.
