VDS retainer with FE560 wall mount bracket
The FE560 is a VdS-approved door holder with a universal adjustable tube with a range of between 156.5 and 175 mm when used in a 180oC configuration and between 125 and 150 mm in 90″ configuration. It is usually well suited for applications where the magnet height may need an adjustment to suit conditions. It can be used in floor, ceiling or wall mounting applications, and is supplied with a manual release button.
The FE500 series door clamping magnets are the result of years of specialized development. With a rated power of only 1.5 W at 24 V DC, these powerful magnets have a retaining power of 490N. The FE560 has a spring-loaded pin to ensure expulsion against remaining magnetism.
The FE500 Series offers cost-effective solutions without sacrificing performance. Reinforced aluminum gives it an elegant look and robust strength, while reinforced aluminum wall mount extensions allow a distance of up to 175 mm from the wall. Retention plates are not supplied with the magnet and can be ordered separately depending on the application.
How is the installation of the VDS retainer with FE560 wall mount bracket?
For convenient ease of installation,all units are complete with electrical terminations. Protective diodes prevent electromagnetic pulses and reverse polarity protection, and speed up installation. The brackets are pre-drilled in a convenient standard format for quick mounting.
