ASC366 Red Polycarbonate Alarm Siren
The ASC366 is a RED, general purpose, ceiling mount, electronic siren and beacon for fire alarm applications. It has a special base containing all wiring connections, allowing for a easy placement or removal of the device. With an EN54-23-approved coverage pattern of C-3-8.9 for the beacon, each ASC366 can be mounted up to 3 min height and provide a cylinder diameter coverage of 8.9 m. Therefore, a room of 6.3 x 6.3 m square can be covered with a single device.
Easy installation and maintenance of asC366 red polycarbonate alarm siren
ASx360 series alarm sirens/beacons enable faster installation and maintenance thanks to an innovative mounting base. Without the need for locking screws, these devices use TimeSaver bases ™ the 630 series detector lines. The heads are simply locked at the base with a “rotate and click” action, allowing them to be placed or removed at any time because the base is the only component that needs to be wired. As the need for wiring is reduced, of course time and commissioning costs arealso reduced.
ASx360 series sirens provide high sound output at a low current, reducing power requirements and system cost. They are supplied with a standard volume control, allowing final audio adjustments to be made during installation. With a selection of 32 different tones (see the tone table in the manual), which can be selected with a switch, you can select the required tone during installation.
The ASx360 series beacons use a specially designed lens that provides uniform light output over the specified coverage area.
The mechanism to lock the device to the base can be activated if necessary. Once activated, a special tool is required to remove the siren from the base.
